Orders & Pricing
All orders are confirmed on WhatsApp. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of taxes. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse any order before confirmation. Offers and discounts are subject to change without notice.
Product Representation
We strive to display saree colours and details as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and photography lighting. Fabric descriptions and model numbers are accurate at the time of listing.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including images, text, logos and designs — is the property of New Brahmani Sarees and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once a saree is dispatched, cancellation is not possible, though the standard exchange policy applies after delivery.
Limitation of Liability
New Brahmani Sarees is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the price paid for the saree in question.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
