Dispatch Time
Ready-stock sarees are dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation on WhatsApp. Made-to-order or bridal pieces may take 10–15 days as they are woven specially for you.
Domestic Delivery (India)
Once dispatched, deliveries typically take 3–5 working days for metro cities and 5–7 working days for other locations. You will receive tracking details over WhatsApp.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping across India on all orders above ₹2,999. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies, shared with you before payment.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International shipping is calculated at cost based on destination and weight, and shared with you over WhatsApp before payment. Delivery typically takes 10–18 working days. Any customs duties or taxes are payable by the recipient.
Order Tracking
Once your saree is dispatched, we share the courier and tracking number with you on WhatsApp. You can track your shipment on the courier's website or simply ask us for an update.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address and pincode are accurate when confirming your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, though we will do our best to help resolve them.
